Nevada Campaign to Defeat the Patriot Act

The Nevada Campaign to Defeat the Patriot Act (NCDPA) is a statewide effort to pass resolutions affirming the Bill of Rights and opposing the overreaching sections of the USA PATRIOT Act and related antiterrorism legislation in city and county governments throughout Nevada. Additionally, we wish to create a statewide public discourse weighing our  precious civil liberties and natural rights  against security and the war on terrorism in post 9/11 America.

Repeal the Patriot Act
The USA PATRIOT Act and related antiterrorism legislation is Osama's dream come true and it should be the worst nightmare of any true American patriot! Help us stop America's slide into an Orwellian police state. Help protect the citizens of the State of Nevada from the civil rights abuses contained within the USA PATRIOT Act and related legislation. Help protect our Constitution!
