The Nevada Campaign to Defeat the Patriot Act (NCDPA) is a statewide effort to pass resolutions affirming the Bill of Rights and opposing the overreaching sections of the USA PATRIOT Act and related antiterrorism legislation in city and county governments throughout Nevada. Additionally, we wish to create a statewide public discourse weighing our precious civil liberties and natural rights against security and the war on terrorism in post 9/11 America.

ASCP Joins ACLU Lawsuit Opposing Gene Patents
